On planning reforms to accelerate infrastructure delivery
‘Rail Partners welcomes a focus on accelerating delivery of rail infrastructure projects and looks forward to detailed proposals.’
On Minimum Service Levels
‘Agreeing minimum service levels in the event of a strike is a well-established principle across Europe, balancing the fundamental right to strike and other fundamental rights of the public to get to work, school or the hospital.
‘Train companies will operate within the framework for service level agreements set by government, so we now need to get the practical details right.’
